<sub>Although it probably goes without saying, Hibana tends to have the personality tropes of your typical magical girl heroine. She's a happy-go-lucky, saccharine-filled, brave and bouncy mimikyu who's always looking to fight evil and injustice as well as befriend anyone who dares come across her (whether they like it or not!). To those who like that sort of thing, Hibana can be an absolute joy to be around, but to others, her personality can be an absolute nightmare. The mimikyu really does not know when enough is enough which can drive away those who can't stand her overly sweet and loud attitude. Unfortunately, this only makes her work harder to prove that the Power of Friendship^™ can conquer any cold and/or closed heart!

However, if you happen to be considered a bad guy in Hibana's eyes, watch out! She'll challenge so-called evil-doers to a fight and will stop at nothing to win. Of course, in either case, whether it's a fight, or friendship, Hibana can be easily fooled if you know the right words to say or correct actions to perform. Since basically, she seems to be following the mannerisms and stories she's read about, one can easily turn her own strategies against her if one is familiar with the genre.

That said, it's unknown whether this personality is anywhere near Hibana's true personality before the amnesia. Could it be possible that a less diabetes-coated personality might be lurking within?</sub>


Moveset:
- Shadow Claw _{- A strong physical move where the user slashes at its target with claws from the shadows. Has a high critical hit ratio!
Hibana's eyes glow sinisterly as mysterious black claws whip out from under her costume and smoke with intense darkness. Then, she calls out, "DARK SHADOW RISING CLAWS!" and with a mighty slash, she strikes down an evil foe with great justice!}
- Play Rough - An extremely powerful physical move involving playing a bit too rough and tumble with the target. Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's attack by one stage!
Hibana skips and hops towards an evil foe, or naughty opponent all dismissively and cute before shouting, "PLAY ROUGH HAPPY HEART ATTACK!" and tackles them roughly to the ground, complete with giant hearts and sparkles! She uses this move in hopes of turning her target to the side of good with the power of love and friendship!

(Can become: ) Let's Snuggle Forever! - When Hibana's Mimikium Z activates, she leaps into the air and completely covers her opponent with her pikachu costume so it can't escape! Whatever goes on underneath that thing is under discretion... but Hibana insists it's all innocent, nice and fun! But then, why do most opponents faint from this? Note: She will only use this move when in "Pretty Pika" mode.

- Thunderbolt^™ _{- A very strong special move where a shocking electric blast crashes down on the target. Has a 10% chance of causing paralysis!
Hibana twirls around with her magical toy wand, gathering strong electrical power as a weird anime-ish fanfare plays. She then calls out, "SUPREME SPARKLING THUNDERBOLT!" and fires an intense, nigh-uncontrollable lightning blast from her person.}
- Mimic _{- A non-damaging status move where the user copies the target's last move. The copied move can be used up to five times during battle or until the user switches out.
Hibana observes her enemy's move closely until her eyes shine mischievously, indicating she correctly understood it. She then whispers loudly, "SWEETLY SNEAKY MIMIC YOU!" before performing her evil foe's move and striking back with it at full force!}


History:
<sub>Being a new 'born' ghost, Hibana didn't remember much about her past. All she knew was she awoke one night alone in a strange, burnt building filled with books. She had no idea how she got there, let alone who she was or if she had any loved ones, but the little mimikyu decided to poke around the place since she didn't know what else to do. While a good portion of the books were burned to ashes, the mimikyu discovered ones that were untouched, or barely burned, and curiously peeked inside them. At first, she just looked at the pictures and was only able to read and understand simple words, but as the time passed slowly, she began to learn, or at least remember how to read and comprehend. While this didn't jog her memory about her past, the mimikyu seemed to be relearning about how the world was, albeit, not in the right order and only limited to ways she could grasp.

It wasn't until she stumbled across the more colorful and exciting books: children's books, comics and manga, that the mimikyu's mind slowly began to open and her imagination began to grow and run free. She felt such happiness and excitement from these books and adored the worlds that were shown in them... even believing that she might be from one of those fictional worlds. Of course, she had to figure out her name and who she was before finding out where she came from. It was then a faint voice spoke to her and upon following that voice, lead the mimikyu to a tiny, ghostly pikachu. He seemed to be much older and wiser than her and, since the mimikyu had no memories, or any other connections to anyone, she decided to make this pikachu her new friend and mentor; a title the old electric mouse was more than happy to accept. Not only that, but he gave the mimikyu her name: Hibana Rabubatoru, and told her to live her life according to her strengths and to pursue her dreams.

Hibana decided right then she wanted to be something special and important. A pokemon that would help others, fight for truth, justice and the pokemon way, just like the heroes and heroines in her favorite comics and manga. She trained with her pikachu friend and tried to do everything he taught. She read all the books on how to fight, how to do all sorts of fancy maneuvers and tricks, how to choose and perform the best pokemon moves, how to shout your attacks with power and vigor, how to sparkle and be cute and... the most important thing of all, how to make your own clothes and costumes. She practiced her moves, leapt over things, screamed her attacks with passion, twirled and sparkled with determination and made costume after costume with the materials that her mentor provided until they both were satisfied.

It seemed like years had passed. Hibana spent so much time training and learning with her mentor that she truly believed she was a pikachu like him. However, she also believed she was a magical girl super heroine! She "figured out" her true name was 'The Magical Girl: Pretty Pika', but Hibana was the name of her secret identity... an identity that was almost exposed! No wonder she awoke in a burned library with amnesia! She must have lost a battle with a terrible evil and was nearly destroyed, but Hibana was too strong for that! The mimikyu wasn't sure what sort of evil creature would do such a thing to her, but she figured she'd know it when she saw it. Of course... she would have to venture out of the library first. Although a bit nervous, Hibana peeked her head out to see her new world for the first time and with a little encouragement from her pikachu partner, the reborn heroine in her new outfit ran forth (with the occasional trips and falls along the way) to search for the "ultimate evil that wronged her" all while looking for wrongs to right in any town, or towards any person or pokemon she came across.

After many exciting adventures of rescuing skitties from trees, spinning in circles with sparkles while singing her theme song in her head, stopping robbers (by utterly confusing them), annoying others, getting run out of towns due to collateral damage and nearly getting arrested multiple times, Hibana reached the old gates of a new town known as Springleaf! Perhaps someone there would be in need of her services? Could she possibly even stay awhile and wait for the "ultimate evil" to appear while hiding as her secret identity from the neighbors? _{~ Hibana's character is an affectionate parody of the anime and manga magical girl genre and the average weeaboo.
~ Hibana's name is actually a word salad of Japanese. Hibana is intended to mean "Spark", but it can also mean "Fire Flower" and is also the name of a breed of spider (as I horrifyingly discovered...). Her last name, Rabubatoru, loosely means "Love Battle".
~ While Hibana does have amnesia, the memories she obtained in the library are not her true ones. It's unknown whether or not she'll realize this and if she'll be able to handle it if she does!
~ Hibana truly believes she's a pikachu and that all of her moves are an electric attack of some kind. She loves to use her Thunderbolt move the most, although she tends to electrocute herself in the process, albeit never realizing her own attack hit her.
~ Sometimes, she can successfully recreate an electric move with Mimic, but with her other moves, she improvises by combining said-moves with harmless static electricity, or by blowing glitter annoyingly to make them appear more dazzling.
~ Only Hibana can see and interact with her Pikachu mentor and will constantly appear as if she's talking to herself, when she's actually talking to him.
~ As typical of a Mimikyu, Hibana probably has endless arms underneath her cloth, some of them are even peaking out... including that bit that looks like 'hair'.
