Charming Richmoney is the son of a rich family tycoon.

He always solves every problems with money.

He always shows off himself everywhere and is always interested in the world looking only at him.

Moving to Townsville City, Charming was admitted to Pokey Oaks Kingdergarten as a transfer student and, as always, showed off himself in kindergarten and received the attention of many kindergarteners.

Of course, just three people. Except for the Toppertuff Kids.

Charming became jealous of the Toppertuff Kids, who were not interested in him but also more interested and noticed than him, and soon made a bet with them to prove that he were superior to them, but he all failed and eventually faced them in their own homemade special armer cloth to get rid of them.

But even this was no match for them, the superheroes, and eventually he were humiliated again.

This led Charming to hate the Toppertuff Kids and began to confuse the city to take them down.

No matter what this immature rich kid does, our Toppertuff Kids will never be easy.
