All mixed into one...
but if I had to choose one, dark chocolate i believe it can: -Help memory loss (I read it somewhere but idk if it's 100% true) -Prevent heart disease -Decreases stroke risk -Raises good cholesterol -Improves vision (again, I read it somewhere) -Lowers blood pressure -Makes you happier (triggers dopamine) -Helps prevent cancer (I think. It won't stop cancer but I think it helps) -Helps you live longer -Healthier than any other chocolate, the darker the better
I think we have a clear winner here. It was bitter at first but after knowing the facts ^ here I kept eating it and now I like it. It's basically like milk chocolate to me now.
