Before I get things off my chest, my 25th birthday is coming up on the 27th, and I mean ya’ll don’t have to but I could really appreciate any gift art or anything done for me.
I could use the cheering up too since I have been well.. struggling a lot being active on DeviantArt and continuing doing art. Doubts come and go, and it’s a cycle. But I always remind myself that I’m going to college and studying art for a reason. It’s just that the no commission sales, no tips, no gallery purchases, it’s all tiring. I’m tired of feeling unappreciated in my art. I’m tired of dry messages and people not knowing how to socialize, etc. I mean it’s ridiculous. It’s sad to see we live in an era where people just want soulless AI slop and instant gratification and don’t see art as a career when it damn well is.I don’t take requests because it feels insulting to me. Today I come to bear the news that I have been banned from a certain One Piece group called, "One-Piece-Fever." The admin just blocked me without warning and didn’t even bother to tell me what I did wrong. I even had someone message said admin, and the admin blocked them as well, with no reply. I already feel immensely ignored as it is. News flash, I pretty much have a nonexistent friend circle. No one socializes anymore, legit, people will only talk to you if you’re a fetish weirdo or idek. I’m tired of initiating conversations, I’m just sick of it all. I’m tired of being treated this way. I just wanted to let you guys know about what had happened recently.
