Confused but Giggly Bishop

When the Bishop gets confused, he always giggles while giving off a seductive look. This can confuse people cause nobody knows what he is really feeling, but if they get it wrong, he would tell them that he is confused and he would be doing.... let's not talk about it because DA might be watching me like the FBI and I do NOT want to get in trouble again. But, yeah, the Bishop is 22 years old and acts like a child. He takes NSFW too far and he always gets grounded or arrested. When he has a day ruined, he makes up crappy solutions and doesn't give a s**t cause that is his way of making his day the best day ever. I hope he is not out to track someone down...
