Viva Mexico! Again, I am posting a new image that commemorates the Mexican Independence Day. Just a few days ago I posted an image with the same theme, based on my beautiful friend and paisan to the third power, Ana Cecilia Sexy. Now the turn is for Lisa Del Toro, a friend of mine and gorgeous model, whose likeness I have used for the last five years. A tradition nonetheless. This year, due to my plan of delivering two images with the Mexican Independence Day theme, I decide to do something different with Lisa's image, different to the format I have followed in the past five years. The final result was an image with a more vintage tone, trying to convey the feel of the old times, closer to the Mexican Revolution. It was truly a pleasure not only working with Lisa's image, but also trying to achieve a new kind of artwork, which is actually the point of this kind of work: to keep a fresh approach, and to experiment every time there is a chance. Thank you again, Lisa, for your continous support towards my artwork during these past years, and I hope this collaboration keeps going for many years to come.
My current projects are still going, they never stop, and it is almost time to exhibit my work at a few local events again. Loaded with many new images, I really wonder how customers will react at these events.
As always, many thanks to all those that have supported and still support my artwork. I also ask you to please visit my Patreon's page (www.patreon.com/popeyewongart). All support is more than welcome, it helps me to keep creating with freedom.
See you next, and again... Viva Mexico!

Stunning vintage quality, it looks well preserved, almost as if it was found locked away in an attic and lovingly kept. Great work again my friend! :D

Thaaaaaaaaaaaaank you Rain! Now with a little time after the rush of the Viva Mexico images, ha, ha (you read about doing two images this year). Yep, this image was mostly an experiment, and I was hoping I wouldn't screw up. Fortunately, I liked the final result. I wanted the vintage feeling indeed, and even though I still have much to learn, I am glad I finally gave it a shot. The model loved it and that is truly a boost! Thank you again Rain and see you around!
