The enchanting lands of Terran stretch before you, inhabited by sapient feline

creatures known as the Niravar. Their world, sundered from its past by a

catastrophe known as the Cataclysm, is brimming with adventures through

which you can change its future for the better... or much, much worse. Shape

the story of Terran in this lore-driven, character-focused ARPG!

Pools of the Niravar is a fantasy ARPG centered around large felines with

human-like intelligence. In this group, you can venture into the world of

Terran, a planet rife with magic and political conflict, and you can affect

the outcomes of major events within the world with your Niravar's actions.

Pools of the Niravar offers a stress-free ARPG experience focused primarily on

art development, lore, and character building. There are no activity checks,

'art grinding' is discouraged, our Crafting system has no fail chance, and even

unsuccessful entries into our activities reward you with valuable loot.

Furthermore, we focus on adding features which let you build up your character

visually rather than relying on good RNG in breedings. Special mutations, builds

and markings can be earned via gameplay instead of being passed from parents

to offspring.

Prompt: Summer Solstice #2 Featuring: Ranaari, Aleksandr Wordcount: 1035 --------------------------------------- Aleksandr stretched out, feeling the soft sands of the lake with his claws. The golden nir glowed in the mid-noon sun - quite literally, considering the soft shine that emanated from his underbelly. The sun lazily inched across the sky, painting the world in yellows and oranges, making everything a shade brighter. The flickers of light playfully danced on the mirror-like surface of the lake, although Aleksandr could already glimpse the faraway ships that were bound to shatter it. As if someone spilt a bucket of paint onto the canvas of the peaceful nature scenery, the extravagant ships sliced the water with their keel. The multitude of colours would have been a toll on the eyes if not for the skilful manner that the flowers were arranged, making the tones flow into each other, creating beautiful patterns out of the local flora. Quinn carefully weaved through the crowd, avoiding the masses of creatures of all shapes and sizes - niravar and humans included. The bright flickers of light and the impeding smells surrounded everything: the vendors shouted out sweet promises, flaring the bright embroidered fabrics that glimmered in the morning sun. Others were busy perfecting their stalls with extravagant decorations and fresh flowers - the signature symbol of the summer solstice and King Meothion's birthdays that had always inevitably become one of the largest events of the year. The marble glistened under the evening sun with the bright array of flower decorations shimmering under the light. A small crowd of humans, niravars and other creatures had gathered in the courtyard before the beautiful palace; the guide was already explaining the ancient origins of the place, and yet that did little to quiet down the excited buzz that enveloped the visiting crowd. Quinn was late - that was true, but the moment he glimpsed the familiar shape of the glowing niravar, the first thought that passed his mind was to look for the fastest route of escape. Prompt: Summer Solstice #10 Featuring: Quinn, Aleksandr Wordcount: 1052 ------------------------------------------------ “Nope, nope, nope, nope - go away, I am not doing this.” Only one glance at the sprawling lake below was enough for Quinn to turn around on his heels, making his way past the watching golden niravar. He carefully jumped away from the dangerous area, stopping below the tree to glare at Aleksandr. “This is absurd, dangerous and very much not “a relaxing way to spend the evening”.” Aleksandr only grinned and took a deep breath, glancing at the sunset in the distance. The golden rays twinkled on the crystalline waters, as a whoosh of a rogue breeze swept the niravar’s fur. It was a remote cliff with a beautiful scene that presented the palace and the lake in all of their glory. So im trying to join the discord and it has that question but my dyslexic, legally blind self has been going over the website for 3 hours now and even using ctrl + f I cant find anything on the capital.. Is it in some hidden section? The website itself isnt super disability friendly with the yellow backgrounds with brown text.

Hey there! The website was built for lower contrast because its previous, higher contrast version was causing some eye strain. There are browsers (like Firefox) that allow you to switch into 'reading' mode where it removes the formatting from the site, so I would recommend that if you're having trouble seeing the text ;w;

I got a question I'm dying to know, how did you design this gorgeous home page? Like the boxes having so many different shapes and transparency without any errors? I'm super impressed and would love to know if you are comfortable sharing tricks of the trade on making a pretty dA page with the custom boxes.

Hey there!

Basically, it's all image assets made in Photoshop or other software. You can get the rough measurements for where things should be by looking at DA's sample groups (like this one) that they showed when they first announced the layout, and then you just make the background and use it as an image background for custom boxes.

While it looks fine on specific screen sizes, on any others it will look odd and will clip weirdly because DA zooms in on the background instead of sizing it down on smaller screens, so believe me when I say the balance is very precarious lol. DA also sizes the boxes depending on how many lines are in them, so you have to mess around with it for a little bit to make sure you have just the right amount of lines for the height of the box that you want.
