It's part of life we say
but I wish to look away,
from the reality melody
that I knew would come one day.
Feeling shocked and filthy,
condolences, and guilty.
We'll miss you too
maybe I shouldn't cry
and we still won't forget you.
For my health, I tell myself,
I will see you later some day,
It's greater than remembering
that you're away. I'll see you in the Spirit world.
Rest in Peace our beloved Labrador. It was just the other day you were so happy and full of joy wagging your tail. She is no longer suffering.
