Celestia Shrugged - Who is Sweetie Belle?

I like to think this picture speaks for itself with no further comment necessary.
But life experience tells me I might be horribly wrong with that assumption.

The idea comes mostly from ingenious mind of Middy who based it on some comments written under a comic related to this picture:

 The comments mentioned mouthpieces and soap a lot.

Also special thanks to who opened my eyes and showed me how to draw Sweetie Belle's mane so it makes any sense.
