2011 Tattoo Commission
The concept is Life and Death, as two very powerful women, in an eternal struggle against each other.
Colored in greytones at the client's request.
Print is devoid of watermark. ~_^

So, who is who? Normally dark hair means Death, but that can easily be a red herring. And the cheeky smile/stern face doesn't quite make matters easier (Death can be a grim subject, but think of all those recent naughty not-so-grim reapers...)

Life is the dark haired girl. She's got some meat on her bones, and she's smirking because she thinks she's invincible, and maybe she is? Death is the more bony of the two, looking patient because she knows it is only a matter of time before she wins.
Personally, I think of Life and Death archetypes as the same being. Two sides of the same coin.
Thank you for your comments! ^_^
