The eyes are a window to the soul... and I see you.
About the art on this page:
I draw many different things and many different ways.
My art, and particularly my comic book series, Ragdoll, are my special interest. What you will see here are brightly colored horror and sexual themes with lots of spiritual and psychological symbolism. We try to have fun here, but if you are triggered by too bright colors, snakes, or themes of BDSM, you may not enjoy yourself.
The majority of my art is hand drawn and digitally colored by me, the human. You will find some AI experiments here in a gallery specifically for it. AI is a tool; I don’t use it often, but when I do I explicitly say so.
About the artist:
My name is Melody Hasselvander. I am literally a mad genius, and as such, my social skills leave much to be desired. I’m a self-taught outsider who doesn’t belong, I’m too honest about my feelings, I cuss too fucking much, and my art is multi-faceted. For those of you fluent in psych-speak: ASD-1, CPTSD, OSDD-1B. ![]()
PSA:
Please don’t be frightened of the way my last name sounds, my love for German Industrial Music, my username, or anything else I may be blissfully unaware of. I’ve noticed some things around DA lately that make me sad, and I hope I’m not being associated with any of that stuff.
I watch a lot of people because I like all kinds of art, and I like all different kinds of people.
Peace.
