Untitled Spaghetti Sauce

Relevant title.

People who I'm close to and anyone who's seen me on the CSTSF knows I've been alive for the past year or so! Of course, some people are in neither, and this journal is a small bone to that section.

I don't have a reason for my relative inactivity on DeviantArt, unfortunately, besides one: I have many interests that are shuffled around constantly, and my troubling addiction to video games and YouTube only serves to make those cycles longer and and less productive. D:

Art is slightly luckier than most of those interests, but only slightly: I doodle more Gardevoir (and only more Gardevoir) pretty consistently, but most of those doodles are either uninteresting rubbish or too rough to post here! Except one, which is pretty much finished with the ever annoying exception of a background, which I'd like to include to compliment the fact that I actually tried shading for once. So maybe you'll see that soonish? It probably depends on how quickly I get fed up and decide to go with polka dots or something. :v

But never mind my own art, which has never been deserving of more than warm praise. My artsy friends have been pretty busy all this time! And besides serving as a convenient and bite sized form of social interaction, which I'd like to initiate more of, looking at and gushing over their art serves as encouragement to those for whom this field is a true passion. And like many things, rekindling my own passion is a first step towards helping others to their own.

In other words, I'll try to be a little more present now, as is true in many fields of my life. c:
