Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a good week. It's a busy time of year (for students, at least) but I hope you'll take the time to read this important update on our folders.
As I'm sure you are aware, this is a very large group, and therefore we get a LOT of new art every single day. Because of this, our folders are filling up FAST! So, I'm laying down some new rules
about submitting to folders! These rules are to keep people from submitting tons of artwork at once and filling up folders even faster. So remember, choose wisely which art you'd like to submit!
Members can submit to each folder 5 times a day.
If I see you submitting multiple items to the wrong folder,
you will get a warning, and I will move your stuff to the correct folder. If it happens again, your art will be erased from the group. If this happens a third time, you will be blocked or removed from the group.
If you aren't sure which folder to submit to, ask me or your fellow members! There are lots of you, please help each other out.
If a folder is full, put your art in the overflow folder and let me know.
Also, simply saying "oh hey all the folders are full" is not helpful and honestly a bit annoying. Surely not ALL the folders are full. Please say specifically which one it is.
I am, as of right now, the only active admin, and I am very busy with my personal life. It may take some time for me to get back to you, which is why I ask that you seek each other out for advice. Hopefully I won't be gone for more than a couple weeks at a time, though I try to visit at least once a week.
