Bi-Weekly Quest
The sounds of rustling cloth and grumbling workers fills the square. People walk in and out from between huge floats, brightly colored fabrics twirling in the breeze. The varying workers move from float to float, checking the bases and the wheels, occasionally adjusting something. On board the floats people set up decorations and stands, every one of them making certain that everything is placed just so. From time to time the workers and the float managers butt heads. They argue heatedly for a few minutes before coming to an agreement, both groups grumbling as they set about their work. The atmosphere is tense but cheerful, and representations of varying gods and organizations are beginning to take form. Everybody present is working at a fever pitch, and from the occasional snippet of conversation you surmise that they’re drastically behind schedule! Even at this rate they might not be ready for the Dragon’s Rise Parade! You roll up your sleeves and step forward to help them.
Objective: Draw/Write a submission about your Pokemon/Characters helping prepare floats for the Dragon’s Rise Festival Parade! Drawn requires 2 Fullbodies, Colored, with a Complex Background. Written requires 1000 words. You must draw/describe at least one of the Floats being worked on within your submission.
