Inspiration:

Miltank is inspired by spoiled/curdled milk, representing the result of poor care and neglect, and industrial dairy farming issues, including malnutrition and unsanitary conditions. The design and behavior expand upon the Pokédex entry from Pokémon Ultra Moon and Shield, where neglected Miltank fall ill and act aggressively.

"This regional Miltank developed its Poison typing due to prolonged neglect and a contaminated diet. Its once-nutritious milk has turned dangerously acidic, causing severe illness to anyone who consumes it. Constant discomfort and pain have twisted its normally gentle personality, leaving it irritable and prone to sudden aggression."
