Just because they wear the mantle of a hero doesn't mean they're playing nice, especially if they are willing to take the gloves off.



Connection:

Both are red-cladded, blade-wielding, non-human warriors ( Kaine being Peter Parker's clone and Shana being a Flame Haze) who carry titles of heroes but are known to get very extreme in their actions and started out uncaring towards human life until meeting someone (Ben Reilly and Yuji Sakai) who they opened up to which eventually made them changed their attitudes and began genuinely fighting for mankind

Both also have abilities that burn opponents and have fought alongside an army of heroes (the Spider-Army and the Flame Haze Army respectively) against beings that take fundamental energy from others (The Inheritors and Crimson Denizens)
