Connections:

Both are cartoon super robots created by humans (Professor Moshimo and Nora Wakeman  respectively) to protect Earth with their advanced weapons. Despite this, they acted more human after spending time there (Robotboy wanted to be a real boy while Jenny wanted the life of a normal teenager)

Both have spent time with their best friends who teach them the ways of (Robotboy's caretaker Tommy Turnbull and Jenny's neighbor/crush Brad Carbunkle)

Both are from rivaling animation companies (Cartoon Network for Robotboy and Nickelodeon for Jenny)

Both served as the main nemesis for the villains (Dr. Otomo Kamikazi II and Queen Vexus) and have successfully thwarted all attempts to conquer the world (In Vexus' case the enslavement of the human race)

Both also have older "siblings" who went rogue (Protoboy for Robotboy and Armagedroid for Jenny)
