Nintendo vs Disney
Two of the most popular characters in all of fictions, and representatives for their types of fiction settle scores. One thing's for sure, someone's getting sued!
Connections:
Both are friendly, red-clad, thrill-seeking heroes who serve as the pioneers for their genre in the 20th century, as well as being the mascots to famous billionaire companies (Nintendo for Mario and Disney for Mickey Mouse)
Both wore big white gloves
Both have had a decade-lasting rivalry with a cocky animal from rival studios (Sonic the Hedgehog from SEGA and Bugs Bunny from Warner Bros)
Both usually have to rescue their love interest (Princess Peach and Minnie Mouse) from the big, strong, and greedy bad guy (Bowser and Pete respectively)
Both of them also have video game counterpart who're stronger than their classic counterparts (Paper Mario and King Mickey Mouse) and have helped defeat a multiverse level threat (Super Dimentio from Paper Mario and Master Xehanort from Kingdom Hearts)
