Dragon Ball vs Dragon Ball
Goku and Vegeta's fusions duke it out to see which fusion warrior is the strongest in Dragon Ball. Fusion Dance versus Potara Earrings.
Connections:
Both are the fusions of Son Goku and Vegeta and are considered widely in the Dragon Ball community to be one of the strongest fusions to exists. The contrast is that Vegito is canon to the Dragon Ball Manga while Gogeta is not until his DBS: Broly debut.
Both are them require specific methods and circumstances for Goku and Vegeta to be able to fuse into them (Gogeta is the result of a fusion dance where both parties perform a "dance" to be able to fuse, while Vegito is the result of two people wearing the Potara Earringa). The difference though is what while anyone can do the fusion Dance, if the person wearing the Potara earring is a Kai, the fusion is permanent.
Both of the fusions were used against an enemy that both Goku and Vegeta were having a hard time against (Broly and Fused Zamasu)
Both also have a known weakness before/during fusion (Gogeta lasts for only 30 minutes and both participants should have the same levels of power otherwise the result is a fat or skinny fusion, whereas using too much power at once drains Vegito faster and is vulnerable to magic which can separate Goku and Vegeta)

Probably vegito. Potara lasts an 1 hour while the fusion dance only lasts 30 minutes. Plus vegito should be slightly stronger
