Mach plus one of those spinning light disco balls, rather than the mirror kind. The mirror kind are unpleasantly crunchy, unlike free cake.
Mach wants Strike Laser Claw and is not allowed to have it (ever seen the episode of Scrubs where the janitor gets a saw but has nothing to cut? it'd be like that, but ten times worse because flying robot cat); instead, he can settle for eating and temporarily absorbing small electronics that do fun things with light. Useful electronics? Nope.
