wow, originally I was just making something cute now it just got all sad...what's wrong with me-.

so yeah, I guess I may as well talk about this, now the thing is that Philippines and Palau are indeed sisters ( thanks to melonstyle for helping me with that bit) and I was reading into there relation and read the 2 don't get along very well now a days due to fishing disputes and since Philippines wasn't that close to Palau I sorta had this headcanon.

Palau always had felt some overshadow or insecurity when it came to Philippines for most of history or never really had the attention that the Philippines had so she is much use to being overshadow or not really caring thought at times she did want to atleast have that sisterly relationship that she and Philippines never really had in the past or atleast some importance, the relation is rather iffy and just something Palau wanted but was too awkward, she does care for Philippines but isn't sure how to show it.
