Carnivores 2- Mediceratops by Poharex Carnivores 2- Mediceratops by Poharex
Something a bit different this time. This is not a usual dinosaur; in fact, it's not even a real one. The animal and its name appeared to me in a dream, many years ago, which I only remembered recently. It appears as a basal Ceratopsian similar to Protoceratops, but is much larger, being only slightly smaller than Triceratops. The most defining feature of this strange herbivore is its double beak, allowing it to excavate roots and tubers from the ground and break them with ease.

Really interesting design, and it's impossible to know if a dinosaur like this didn't actually exist. The model and texture are really good but i'm not a fan of the coloring, it's not that it's plane, but it looks like a 3d print painted with one single colored brush.

I agree the color scheme isn't all that impressive from a far. This is how the animal appeared in my dream and I wanted to remain as faithful to that as possible. I still did add a lot of subtle color variations to break the monotony. These would be more noticeable when you look at the model closely.
