Now that things seem to be in full (and HIGH) gear with Sideshow, I felt it was time to actually invest some time in a production blog.  There are several reasons for this:

1)DA is cool, but I wanted more of a "production blog" type feel to things so that I can do tutorials, share tips&tricks, and showcase the work in a slightly different fashion.

2)Dispel the vile rumors and allegations regarding digital sculpting, 3d Printing, and clean up techniques that are used as shrouds of secrecy by those who are new to it, yet feel that they have discovered Jimmy Hoffa's body and must take credit for it and pontificate as if they're the damn digital Godfather.

3)For the longest time, I believed that my hard work would speak for itself.  I also believed that this is how people would learn of my existence, by word of mouth of the blood, sweat, and colonic explosions that I invest in all of my pieces to make them the best I possibly can.  NOT SO.  Refer to reason #2 and you'll see that the ones who are braggarts and Johnny-come-latelys are the ones on the speech circuits.  Honest to God, I had a friend tell me that one of these bottom feeders tried picking his brain about this stuff so he could turn around and go teach it at some art college as if he was now a pro.  I shat thee not.  People are becoming self-made Godfathers by standing on the shoulders of those of us who have kept our noses to the grindstone, developing the processes that others then write books about and steal our afterglow.

I have realized that this is a necessary step in my career's evolution. I have to balance my nose on the grindstone with my public presence. Only by doing this can I divert credit to whom it is due, and dispel the crud that these folks have been spreading, exposing them for the charlatans that they have become.

SO.....after my little rant, if the power of Christ compels you, please stop by and see what we've got going on:
