Sanders and Warren as just as complicit in the imperialist capitalist system as Obama is.Well, prehaps less so but they arent exactly perfect.

Imperialistic capitalism? Explain me, please, what it is.

She supports continuing the so-called "war on terror" and supports war if Iran gains nuclear weapons, because the US apparently has the right to intervene if a country has breakthrough capacity (Iran is not going for a nuclear weapon but some sort of ability to easily make nukes if needed) Further she is a Zionist complicit in the oppression of the Palestinian people. From wiki:

>>Warren supports a secure and democratic state of Israel and wants to ensure the security of Israel from external forces such as Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, and others. Warren states she supports a two state solution, however believes Palestinian application for membership in the UN isn't helpful and would veto a membership application to the UN.[3]

>>Warren has stated that Iran is a "significant threat" to the United States and our allies. She strongly supports sanctions against Iran.[4]

>>Warren said America's number 1 responsibility is to protect Americans from terrorism. She says it's not a good idea to strip homegrown terrorists of their citizenship.[5]

random anti-freedom garbage, but not specifically 'imperialist capitalism'
>>Warren supports reinstating an extended magazine long rifle weapons ban as well as more rigorous background screenings, including for people who purchase firearms at gun shows, and she opposes limits on the sharing of firearms trace information.[9] On April 17, 2013, she voted to expand background checks for gun purchases.[10]

Warren has expressed support for medical marijuana.[12] However, she is against legalization for recreational use.

Warren claims to have "created much of the intellectual foundation" for Occupy movement.[14]

At the most she is some sort of social democrat who still wants to continue the relation of worker to the capitalist employer/system. Nothing on for economics promoting cooperatives ran by the workers in a collective manner in a way which the capitalist profit motive is not front and center. Or radical legalization/collectivization.

I'm already familiar with the promising elements of Elizabeth Warren as the next American Prime minister but i haven't heard anything at all about Bernie Sanders. Being the lazy sod that I am, could you perhaps enlighten me on what is so promising about this Bernie Sanders character?

That aside It'd be interesting to see if these people will have a chance at all, whilst Elizabeth Warren certainly seems popular within certain groups of people we have yet to see if she will be able to overcome the opposition that is the establishment on both the democratic and republican side. I feel that trying to oust pro establishment democrats in favor of Elizabeth Warren will be the most difficult hurdle to overcome in the upcoming American elections. It would certainly be very interesting to see what will come in the next few years of American history with the relatively new movements rising to get money out of politics.

After conferring with her pollsters, Hillary Clinton approves of this message! Oh wait...

Let's not wait until 2016. The Tea Party was able to hang Congress with their reliance of a base they could whip up with fear and anger. We need to take back the House (and the GOP actually lost some seats in 2012 while keeping their majority) and hold the Senate. It's possible.

I'd expect the fundies to start whining about her being the anti-christ, but they don't believe in women being smart enough to wield any power.
Unless those women are brainwashed into believing and spewing their rhetoric like Sarah Palin.
