Gothic March Hare by PlayboyVampire Gothic March Hare by PlayboyVampire
Okay... I had this one picture of a Gothic March Hare for YEARS, but I've been putting it off for a long time. However, the paper was so destroyed that I had to redraw the character.

The March Hare belongs to Disney.

Ah, yes, the March Hare; one of my all-time favorite Wonderland characters (from the movie, anyway), next to the Cheshire Cat. I admit, this may be old hat to you, but what drew me to him was two things:

1. His voice actor, the late Jerry Colonna. The guy was one of my favorite early comedians, with his fast talking and overly-exaggerated speech, reminding me of a proto-Micro Machines guy.

2. His presentation in the movie itself. Honestly, speaking of vaudeville, the entire tea party (and to a degree, the courtroom scene) acts like a long lost Marx Brothers routine, complete with some good ol' fashioned 3 Stooges slapstick! Together, him and Ed Wynn gave us one of the best parts of the movie next to the Queen of Hearts.

I mostly leaned towards Mad Hatter but I cannot deny BOTH March Hare and Hatter were hilarious in their strange ways lol

In that movie, they actually represented their roles perfectly. Almost canon to the book.
