Oougel

New CoH character for Going Rogue - Oougel, a Heroic Widow. Half-human, half-Soldiers-of-Rularuu, born in a vat in an Arachnos lab as a result of attempts to create a better psionic operative... the experiments were successful, but unfortunately for everyone in the lab, the result was not cooperative. They were found much later, all dead, some of deep slash wounds, some without any marks at all. Oougel cannot speak aloud and communicates only through telepathy. She retains the grounding of her human mother and desires to do good, regardless of her brutal hatred for Arachnos. If there were a wall-crawling power pool she would have it.
