Actually, I started this animated cursors pack in last August. Finally it's here today!

This full cursors pack based on the Mac cursors has 15 animated cursors (ANI's), each of which has 24 frames that are in 24 different colors.

How-to-use: just right click on the included install.inf file, and choose "install"; go to the "mouse" dialog in the control panel, and choose "Rainbow Mac" in the "pointer" tab. That's all!

Have Fun!!

NO MODIFICATIONS, PORT OR REDISTRIBUTION WITHOUT PERMISSION!!

Comments are welcome!

Can you please confirm that Rainbow Cursors is a Windows theme, as the RAR filename describes it as Mac and I wish to use it in Windows 10. The files in the unzipped folder show *.ani extensions but surely they should be *.cur extensions to work in Windows? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.  TIA.

It works, but you're gonna have to do it a different way since there is no "install" when you right click on the file. here's a video on how to do it

I need instructions for a regular user. I downloaded and unzipped the file. All the pointer files are there and a txt file. When I go to pointer options in Windows 10, the theme isn't there. Clearly, I'm missing something.

You'll need to go to This PC / Local Disk (C:) /  Windows / Cursors, then add a new folder and insert the cursor's pack in there and it should appear then.

omg.click on the download on the top right, click on the download on the bottom, exit oput of crome, drag the file on to the desktop, open it, find the installer, right click it, and install it. once you are done this go to control panel and look up "mouse pointer". after this go down to where it says change how the mouse pointer looks, select the one you downloaded and click ok. and there you go. downloaded and installed. :D

Ok for those who don't know how to apply downloaded crosshair this is the commend for you . First you download the custom pointer (download button is in the top right corner ) then you extract the downloaded file using some kind of extracting app ( for example: WinZip or WinRar ). After that you go to your search menu there you type "mouse" then press the first pop up. Then in the top of opened app press pointers. Then in the customise section you will see alot of different pointers. Select one of them then press "browse" in the bottom. Then you need to locate the location where you extracted your custom cursor. When you do that find the  crosshair similar to the one you selected previously for example if you selected "normal select"and then pressed browse you will need to link it to the custom cursor named "cursor ". In this way you link every single of the crosshairs to the new downloaded ones.

I hope that this did help. If you have any questions you can message me in my email joris.saulius@gmail.com
