Prerequisite:
You must purchase Running Shoes from the PokeMart in order to accept Tasks. Note, it's a one time purchase and you have them forever!

Art Requirements: All images must be full-colored (coloring style is up to you) - shading and backgrounds are up to you. Literature must be 300 words. RP logs must be a TOTAL of 800 words, cleaned up.
You may do multiple tasks in the same submission, but each one must fulfill the requirements on their own - you need a separate scene for each task, or the total word count must account for the word count required for each task.

To claim a job or mission, simply draw/write something that corresponds with the prompt and post it below to claim your reward or payment! Make sure your entry is submitted to the group!

Notes:
You are allowed to take on multiple tasks - and multiple people can take the same task. However, you can only do each task once.
Collabs are allowed and encouraged. Everyone that joins in on the collab will receive the reward as well.
Tasks are up to your interpretation. However, your artwork/literature has to relate to the prompt in some fashion.

Bulletin Board Tasks award a +2 level bonus to all Pokémon who participate!

NOTE: As is probably clear, we're posting this pretty late into August. To make up for this, when September rolls around, we will be adding more tasks without replacing these ones, leaving 10 tasks available to complete in September!

This is a good time to say, if you're a member of the group and want to suggest bulletin tasks, feel free to approach one of the mods with it! We're happy to take ideas, though sometimes they'll go through changes as we set them up!]]

 
 A Berry Nice Time!

 Details: It’s that time of year where berries are extra ripe and ready to be gathered! Go on a berry-picking adventure into the woods! Is it a peaceful trip with wholesome moments between your pokemon and/or trainers, or do things go south when you bump into a hungry wild pokemon? It’s up to you!

 Reward: 1 Enigma Berry

 Dragalgust

 Details: A local group of artists has adopted a creative challenge, where they draw dragon-type related things for a month! They’re looking for models, even from non-dragon types, as long as they have a dragon-y style to them! Looking at YOU, charizard! Draw or write about something related to this - trying to get your Pokémon to stand still for the artists to reference, your Pokémon trying to show off its dragon-y side to get chosen for the artwork, or the final product that the artist makes based off of them!

 Reward: 1 Luminous Orb

 Cats Vs. Dogs

 Details: Hey, guess what! Turns out, August 8th is international Cat day, and August 26th is international Dog day! Isn’t that… weird? Why do they share a month? Well, looks like it’s time to pick a side!! Take one of your reffed Pokémon and either add or swap a cat or a dog NON-legendary Pokémon in! You can’t pick both, that’s madness!!

…Actually, you can pick both, but not for the same Pokémon. For this prompt only, if you use two different reffed Pokémon, one taking the cat option and the other taking the dog option, you can get double the reward!

 Reward: Change the reffed Pokémon you chose into the design you made, or 1 OOS item of your choice.

 Make Like a Tree!

 Details: And leaf! No, not you, Leaf. I mean leaf your pokemon! No, not leave, get back here, this isn’t the adoption center! LEAF. As in, draw your pokemon using only leaves! Tree leaves, to be specific, since they’re all starting to fall this time of year!

If you use a digital art program, check for a leaf brush tool, or maybe see if you can download one! Or, maybe this is a chance for you to learn to make your own brush! Just make sure we can still see the actual leaves, if you use the brush too small it kinda defeats the purpose. If your preferred program doesn’t allow for this, just draw your pokemon using leaf shapes - leaf body, leaf arms, leaf legs, and so on! If you draw traditionally, find some leaves in real life and incorporate them into your art piece!

Have a Nice Trip, See You Next Autumn!

Details: Weird that it’s called Autumn sometimes, and Fall other times, isn’t it? Well, I’ve had enough! Autumn sounds better! Stop calling it Fall! I’m sick of that word! Write a story, then go through it and replace every occurence of the letters “fall” or a synonym of it with autumn instead! Don’t listen to spellchecker on this one, it has no power here!!

Note: Go as technical with this as you like! Does trip count? Maybe! Does “Of all” need to be changed to “Oautumn”? Up to you!

Reward: 1 Enigma Berry Autumns onto your head!

Harvest Time!

Details: Last month it was berries, now it’s crops! There’s also help wanted at the farms this time of year, go see if you can lend a hand! You might even get some of the produce as a thank you! Draw or write your characters either helping out with the harvest or helping themselves to some of the produce afterwards! I… guess you don’t necessarily NEED to have helped harvest it to do that second one, huh.

Bootlegendary!

Details: You ever see a legendary and wish it was actually not a legendary, and also didn’t look quite as cool? No? Well, too bad! That’s the design challenge for this month! Pick a Legendary, Paradox, or Ultra Beast pokemon, and come up with a pokemon design that looks similar but legally distinct to it! You may use any group-legal combination of traits and species, but you cannot include the Gaitwell line or any Legends / Paradoxes / Ultra Beasts in your pokemon, even if they have no relation to the one you’re trying to replicate!

Reward: The pokemon you designed or 2 Star Eggs

Noooooo!

Details: Guess what! The 9th is Teddy Bear day! You know what that means? Time to turn your pokemon into marketable plushies!! Just… draw your pokemon as a marketable plushie. Kinda simple one this time, but we gotta sell that merch!

Details: YE THERE, LANDLUBBER! In this here month falls the finest of days, Talk Like a Pirate Day! On any other day, I’d call yer imitatin’ me dialect outright mutiny, but today be different! Scribble up one o’ yer stories, but make sure ye be writin’ it as if the saltiest sea dog ye ever spied were spinnin’ the tale! Ye better be showin’ me some real treasure!!

Note: …Yeah, uh, write a story, but you know, all pirate-y. You can write about anything that’s group-legal, but if you aren’t sure what to use, maybe combine it with another bulletin task?
