Other than the whispy brush you used for the water being a bit odd/too thin, this is very charming. Would recommend studying still shots of running water rather than ones subject to long exposure to see its shape, transparency, shadows and reflection better, particularly for around the focus point. Imo using long exposure shots of waterfalls as ya only reference is like using those laser highway photos to draw a car and doesn't suit such a loveingly detailed piece.
