The Center for Small Government Button.

The mission of the nonpartisan Center For Small Government is to make government small by advancing specific proposals to dramatically reduce the size of Big Government at all levels — federal, state, and local.

We aim to dismantle, reduce, and remove unnecessary, wasteful, or harmful Big Government policies and programs. We aim to shrink overall government spending, taxes, authority, debt, assets, and liabilities.

LOL Small government is a great political brand. They say they don't want government to be too big, they don't want government to have any influence over business or health care but at the same time they want government to tell women whether or not they are aloud to have abortions or whether homosexuals are aloud the right to marriage.

Seems counter productive, so they can make their case for the government having less influence but not while suggesting it make important decisions that effect individuals like that.

Not every organization or individual out there believes in "real" libertarianism and takes everything that the party stands for to heart. But small government is still, in my personal opinion, a worthy goal to support. It is sad that they are not more aligned with the real concept of freedom though.

I wish more people realized that, don't get me wrong small government is a very understandable and worth while goal but most of the people who claim to support it also want things that would make it larger. They would become the very evil they stand against. Freedom is a funny ideal.

All your elements work well here. Why the tree and the specific design?

The buttons are just re-creations of the organizations logos. I wanted the group to have them available as links so I re-created all those designs. As to why the organizations choose those particular designs I don't know. I didn't come up with them myself.
