The images in my "Solar Midnight" series are created using a combination of Midjourney AI generation and my own photos and digital art which are used as style and character reference. Post-work is done with the open-source image editing software GIMP.
NOTE: These creations are a mashup of my series "Twisted Golden Tales" and "Cartoon Crazed" with a bizarre and supernatural twist added in the mix.

My "Solar Midnight" series explores a strange yet enchanting world through a deliberately limited color palette of yellow, black, and grayscale tones. By constraining the color scheme, I've created a distinctive visual language that unifies diverse subjects, from bizarre portraits and industrial machinery to gothic architecture and surreal landscapes. The series draws inspiration from various genres, including science fiction, urban fantasy, and neo-noir, while maintaining a consistent aesthetic that makes each piece instantly recognizable as part of the collection.
What makes this series unique is the interplay between darkness and luminescence, where yellow serves as both a warning sign and a beacon of hope. I've utilized AI image generation technology in combination with my own photographic and digital renders as references to create these pieces, allowing me to blend the precision of mechanical details with organic elements in ways that create exceptionally unique images. The stark contrast between the bright yellow elements and the deep blacks creates a sense of depth and drama, while the grayscale midtones help bridge these extremes and add nuance to each composition.
Through this series, I aim to tell stories that exist in the space between reality and imagination, where industrial decay meets natural beauty, and where the familiar becomes strange.
