The theme was our interpretation of Chancellor Puddinghead, so I made him an eccentric-looking dudepony! It's obvious that's why he was played by Pinkie, since she's the only one crazy enough to fit his role, naturally. Also he kinda looks like the pony child of Sheogorath from The Elder Scrolls series and the Burger King. Only minor clean up on the shading was done for this.
