Unfortunately on the way home all I could do was come up with clever new names for this remake mostly involving the word "Crap" substituted in there. The effects were really beautiful and everything was animated super well. But the staging, story, dialogue, pacing, etc...just killed this one. There is too much great original content to move forward and expand the horizons with. How to Train Your Dragon is proof of that.
At any rate save yer dough and purchase a copy of the original Clash, sit back with your lady, some popcorn and a tasty beverage....then enjoy something that all the technology in the world couldn't remake.

I'm slowly pulling away from the Piratoloco handle with all the forums and whatnot. Time to start fresh and let the things of the past go. I've been wanting to share info on drawing and stuff for a long time. Since I can't teach at a school without a Masters Degree, and don't plan to get one anytime soon. Yea, I grew up on the original Clash of the Titans, so when I saw the trailer for this I literally groaned out loud. I'm not surprised at all that it's terrible. And what's worse is that I'm sure there are teens that think this is an original concept - -;
I just saw How to Train your dragon this past Sunday. Was WAY better than anything I had expected. When I saw the commercial I thought it'd be just another kid's movie, but it was really very good! I'm actually considering going to see it again this weekend, but in 2D this time.
