One Color Left - Kamila

This is for the current event going on at PKMNation, and I actually sketched out a LOT more pokemon for this, but because of college finals I really don't have time to finish more than one or two instead of doing an entire scene like I would've liked to x,D

The basic idea though was that the fabric shop was all out of colors to purchase for making costumes (likely cause of all the other ranch owners and pokemon buying it up) EXCEPT for the color red

So having to make do, Kamila's the first one up to show her stuff in this lovely little skirt and flower combo
