Bio: At first glance, Valerie seems like a very charismatic, nice, if not flattering woman. She is known locally as a photographer who enjoys taking pictures of everything around her. She has gain quite a following from posting and selling her pictures online, which has given her a lot of good business. She is quite affectionate with others, even a bit flirtatious and playful towards those she finds attractive.

However, nobody knows about her secret identity. At night, she is actually a thief who is referred to as "the Weaver" by the public. She is known to target wealthy people or successful businesses, stealing their money, basic necessities, and any valueables that can be sold. The police have never been able to catch or identify her, and no one suspects the sweet photographer girl.

Rather than for purely selfish reasons, Valerie's crimes are motivated by a desire to help people. She has a strong hatred for those who are in a position to help those who are less fortunate yet refuse to do so. This stems from her own childhood trauma, growing up homeless on the streets while people passed her by. She had to do whatever she could to survive, even if it meant stealing. Not wanting anyone else to suffer what she went through, she decided to become a modern-day Robin Hood, forcing the rich to give their wealth so she can donate to the needy and other charities.

She is very cunning, often planning her heists with great detail. She even uses her photography skills in order to scope out her heists. She is quite skilled in stealth and physical strength, which she uses to her advantage for her sneak attacks. All of these talents are what made her a successful crook who was able to evade capture for so long.

The thieving girl also has quite the tickle fetish, finding great pleasure in being on the giving and receiving ends. She also includes it as part of her modus operandi. When dealing with potential witnesses, Valerie sneaks up on them in order to ambush them before tying them up, binding, and blindfolding her victims (also occasionally gagging them). She would then use the tools she has available to torture her ticklish victims, either to blackmail them into silence, getting information, or just playing with them. She often teases and flirts with her captives to fluster them even more.

Whenever she's done tormenting her victims, she usually leaves a calling card. That calling card happens to be polaroid photos left at the scene. The photos contain the tied-up captives in their exhausted state after she is done tickling them (sometimes covered in kiss marks), as well as pictures of all the things that she stole. She even writes little teasing messages on the back as a final humiliation. The Weaver also keeps copies of the pictures for herself to relive those fond memories.

Physical Appearance: Valerie is a tall, toned-bodied woman with a dark complexion, long brownish-red hair with bangs that cover one of her narrow yellow eyes.

In her casualwear, her hair is styled into a ponytail, and her bangs don't obscure her eye.

Attire: When she does her burglaries, she wears an all-black outfit consisting of a black face mask, a cropped hoodie that exposes her midriff, gloves, a utility belt with gray patches, baggy pants, and boots.
