While this contest took place in ProjectComment, it was managed and funded by a person, PinkRangerPower, who has since disappeared from DeviantArt.
Unfortunately, as this contest was managed and funded by an individual, there is nothing I or the group can do to resolve this situation.
Please note that this is a supposition that I cannot prove or confirm. I have no concrete knowledge - I do not know what has happened, whether PinkRangerPower will be coming back, what is going on, etc. I, as Founder of ProjectComment, am in the dark as much as you.
I can only hope that nothing life-threatening has happened to PinkRangerPower. While I understand your frustrations in how this contest is unresolved, I ask that you have compassion for someone who has disappeared. As it has been a few months, and we have now started a new year, I would suggest moving on.

Create for Comments Contest
The Contest consists of two rounds for maximum winning opportunity! It is up to you if you'd like to take part in Round One only, Round Two only, or both rounds!
Round One, November 1-24: Create Artwork.
Round Two, November 1-27: Comment, Comment, Comment!Theme: Elements of Nature
There are 5 Elements of Nature: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Aether (sky/space). You may choose one element, or choose them all!
Translate them literally, metaphorically, visually, etc. Paint a fiery portrait of a woman, write a spaceman story, or create a watery scene. It's entirely up to you how you interpret the theme.Rules:

- All mediums are accepted, including literature and mature.
- One contest entry only. All entries must be newly submitted after the contest announcement: November 1.
- The Artist's Description must state ProjectComment's Create for Comments Contest.
- All entries must adhere to DeviantArt's rules. Any use of copyrighted content without permission will be disqualified:
- Judging will be based on originality, interpretation of the theme, technique, fulfillment of contest rules and general awesomeness.
