Just a quick journal to remind people that yes, I still live, and yes, I'm still writing. Hopefully I'll have something to show for myself sooner rather than later :) And who knows, maybe I'll even try and draw something, too!

I've been writing fanfiction since I could pick up a pencil. I write fanfiction because I love it. I have zero interest in writing traditional fiction because it simply doesn't capture me in the way fanfiction does. I can immerse myself with a favorite character, or with a favorite world. I can explore where canon fears to tread; fill in the gaps, investigate and play on a wide, wonderful canvas of ideas.
