I see not death, but how they lived - 1

By

This is my Siobhánn, my Doll Chateau B-body-01 with Dollzone Emily head in white skin BJD. I did her face-up , bodyblushing, the eye mod in her hands and wig styling. Her outfit is a recontructed vintage doll dress with vintage accessories.

As the seer of the past, she hangs on to everything. Unable to say goodbye to belongings, friends, family, pets and any other part of life, she has a growing collection of personal memorabilia. The sometimes morbid relics of the past are kept in safe places she can visit, as she travels a lot. She does have her own little house in the forest, which is where she keeps her greatest treasures.

On of the few things that can make me feel sad for someone. How is she going to pig up the wood in the forrest? :( Her feet?

Somehow she makes me think of Madame Blavatsky….

Thank you, I actually didn't know about her, but after your comment I looked her up and she sounds very interesting. I also see what you mean after seeing several pictures of her.

I've always thought that was the whole idea ... To see/remember how they lived.  Why celebrate a birthday?  Recognize the day of death ... for on it a revelation of the person's life is ultimately born.  Nice work!

Thank you very much for your amazing comment, it means a lot to me that you recognize the idea :)

You are so very welcome.  I just tell it like I see it, or like I feel it ... because when a piece of art moves me I think it is my duty to let the artist know.  Keep doing what you're doing.  It's working:)

I didn't think it could be done, but you did it: you made a creepy doll even creepier.

She really must be Pale Man's daughter! O-o.

But anyways, she's really beautiful. Love it.
