To me the greatest pleasure of
writing is not what it's about,
but the inner music that words make.

take me now or leave me any way you can
sometimes I trip and fall, but I know where I stand
and if you're thinking about changing my direction
don't mess with imperfection."

Thank you for your helpful feedback, I'll go back and rework it. :)
:) Well I'm glad that I could change your view of something! ^_^ Words should move people, and not just be words on paper. You know?

I was playing with the word Pregnant, because I read it in a poem in English and completely enjoyed in what context they used it. :)

And yes, knowing me, I had to throw in something creepy. At first I thought that it wouldn't fit, but then I re-read it and it fit perfectly. :)

Thank you! I'm glad that I achieved what I wanted!! :) :) Me too!

thank you so much!! ^_^
thank you for your kind words. I love this photograph, but actually there's no story behind this pic. It was just a shot I took right before midnight at a New Years party.

Your idea is one I'll take into consideration, and thanks again!! :D

I love that idea! Thank you.

Thank you ever so much. You are very kind. I love doing that, painting pictures with my words. : ) Well...I try my best to match the picture, because that is somewhat my point. If you're going to write a poem about a picture the poem should follow what's happening in the picture and describe it in a poetic way. : ) Thank you again, you are very kind. <3 I'm glad you liked it so much. ^_^
I love writing lines like that, because as you said they add "punch" to the poem.
That's very good, as I was actually aiming for that. Sometimes I write poems and I don't know what I want to come out of it when I start writing, but it turns into an actually good poem. Even without a strong starting point.

Thank you again. :glomp:

I'll write more.
Well I would say that everything you said is pretty spot on. :)
Thank you for your kind words! : )
I love nature poems, and yes I've already read Robert Frost. Actually one of my poems has a snip it of his poem The Road Not Taken. I wove lines from his poem into my poem and credited him twice in the artists comments. I might do more of this later, but I was actually just experimenting. here's the poem if you want to read it: [link]

yes, that dose make sense. :) ^^
well I'm no professional and I love your work too! Thank you for your kind words.

You're good at critiquing.
thanks again! :D
