Not sure why I didn't anticipate this sooner, but while my sister is visiting I'm going to be too busy doing stuff with the family to finish any art for this week. Fortunately, I do already have a bit of a head-start for next week and I might try to come up with a little something extra to make up for how inconsistent the last few weeks have been.

By now we've all seen the news and, like it or not, it's coming so it's time for me to weigh in like everyone else.For starters: No, I'm not crazy about it either. Just wanted to give a heads up that Con Season is coming a little earlier than usual for me this year. I will be attending Anime Milwaukee for the first time the weekend of February 16th, so there will be no art Sunday, February 18th The rest of the month of February will be my usual Valentines/couple tribute.March, being my birth month, will also consist of the annual theme of self-service.April will bring the second convention for the year, Anime Detour, and as such, there will be no art Sunday, April 8th

I've actually been meaning to do this for a little while now, but here's just a little breakdown of how the rest of the year (though January) is going to look for me:(rest of) September: I seem to have a backlog of art that needs to be colored, and so September will be my second ever "Month in Color". I also PROMISE I will get back to work on my animation project this coming week and will do everything I can to have, at the very least, a still preview of the second scene done for this coming week.October: My usual month-long Halloween tribute. I apologize in advance how last-minute this is, but AniMinneapolis is this weekend and so there will be no art this Sunday!I will return next week with a full batch of art ready to go (I already have two sketches done in advance in order to be ahead of the game for whatever the work week holds) and, as it will also be the first week of June, I will try to make preparations for my next animation project since my last poll seemed to be an overwhelming "yes" that I should do another.The exact details, however, will be a surprise until I'm ready to start showing my progress.
