[WiP] Mermaid Melody OC

No sketch here, this one is 100% digital manipulation/traced for the sake of looking as official as possible as well as achieving a specific look I had in mind as well as for making it easier to edit/play with the features.</b>

I've been seeing a bit more Mermaid Melody art popping up lately and wanted to get in on some of the fun. (is it an anniversary year or something? Or is it just because of the sequel manga?) Truth be told, this is also something I'd been kicking around in the back of my head for a while and normally I'd reserve something like this for March (when I do self-service for my Birthday) but I was preoccupied this year with my Johnny Young Bosch tribute and, again it seemed like something "summery" to do, so why not?

I ran out of time before I could do a full School Uniform/Casual civilian look or a Super Idol form, but I really struggled with settling on an overall design for the hair and refining the base Idol form. I haven't decided on a name yet, (though I'm open to suggestions) but I decided on a variant of green (specifically, a Princess Jasmine/Izuku teal) for a color since the North Atlantic Sea would be the closest to me, which puts me in Rina's court.
