"Don't tell anyone, especially Usagi, but the title is... 'The Person I Admire Most'"
So, obviously I'm too late for the Double-Moon Birthday because I couldn't come up with anything to draw at the time, but then it struck me that it would be the perfect time to take another crack at drawing this scene from SuperS. (As usual, I'm not going to bother linking back to the original because I checked and.... it's from 2007 
)
As for the sketch, I was able to clean up a lot of the details by reusing features from older works (Eye shape, odangos, feather "hairclips, bows, etc.) and so, while you can see that the polishing my be significant I still didn't really have to make any MAJOR changes or fixes... GOD, I hate working with those see-through Super sleeves, though... 
Pretty Soldier/Guardian Sailor Moon and all of its character, including Usagi/Sailor Moon and ChibiUsa/Sailor Chibi Moon, are (c) Naoko Takeuchi, Tokyo Pop, Toei Animation and any/all other respective owners. I do not own the characters in any way, shape or form, I am just a fan!
