Character Seira (Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch)

Once again, I was a little slow on the uptake for this one, but this was another badge that was cute enough that i felt like going for it.
(I was also a little torn between if I waned to draw Seira, Lucia or Hanon...)
Speaking of Pichi Pichi Pitch, though... in drawing this I JUST learned that their is a new continuation manga?! I really hope it makes its way over here, and while we're at it we may as well add Pichi Pichi Pitch to the list of anime that could use/deserve a reboot (not to mention, a LOT more love over here in the west! I'm STILL upset we never got a dub, even though there were rumbles a while ago!) also.... HOLY COW, it's the 20th anniversary?!
As for the sketch, no major changes or fixes were needed. Cleanup was actually pretty smooth on this one, but all that hair was still a bit tedious...
