The Arrival of the Small Pretty Guardian

Technically, this is yet another redraw from years and YEARS ago I'm not going to bother digging up, but i wanted to take another crack at it since I've been rewatching the series starting at "R" after Adult Swim stupidly dropped the Toonami rewind block and I recently made it "S" and the point where Chibiusa returned. Additionally, I wanted to do something with Chibi Moon to commemorate finishing and debuting the new wig for my cosplay last weekend and also just because I always thought her jump here from the opening was really cute.

As for the sketch, no major changes or fixes, just a LOT of polishing using some of my previous works and a basic heart clipart to help clean up the details.

Pretty Soldier/Guardian Sailor Moon and all of its character, including ChibiUsa/Sailor Chibi Moon, are (c) Naoko Takeuchi, Tokyo Pop, Toei Animation and any other respective owners I may not know/have listed or be aware of. I do not own the character in any way, shape or form, I am just a fan!
