Summer Gloria

It occurred to me that I'm behind on a LOT of great special outfits and Synga Suits from Pokemon Masters, so I felt that Gloria's summer outfit would be just as good of a place as any to start as a bit of a farewell to our summer.

As for the sketch, there were no major changes or fixes needed here, but cleaning up all of those stripes was very tedious...
