Sakura, The Pool, and The Huge Wave

An outfit we sadly didn't get to actually see used, but one I've been wanting to draw since being reminded of it during my last watch through of the series. She may not be a mermaid in the traditional sense, but mermaid was the inspiration for Tomoyo's fantasy here, so I figured it would still cound for MerMay.

As for the sketch, the.... right(?) hand was traced in because I wasn't happy with my attempt and both the staff and a bit of her hair were cleaned up using other works, but beyond that no major changes or fixes were needed. Good LORD those ribbons and ruffles were a pain, though!
