Sailor Moon, but it's PennyBug

I've wanted to draw PennyBug since we saw her in the Season 4 finale, but unfortunately we were screwed out of an actual transformation sequence and their doesn't seem to be any full-body production art/references to draw from (...yet? Please, Wiki?) I decided that this would be as good of an excuse as any to finally do that Sailor Moon redraw meme thing since PennyBug's hair is CLEARLY a reference to Usagi.

As for the sketch..... CLEARLY this one needed some major saving. I used some of my older drawings to fix up the eyes and the bangs and the buns as well as expand the frame (because I REALLY wanted to show off her hair for the sake of the joke) once I had the proper scale. The wings/ears and pigtails as well as the sleeves were traced in, partially due to cropping, but also so I could (again) be sure of the proper scale. I also had to tweak the mask just a little bit when I noticed the design didn't carry over from PegaBug and used a basic pompom clipart for, well, the pompom.
