Memories of Cocoyasi Village

Trying something a little different here, rather than having my lines overlayed on the sketch I though I'd take advantage of this "multi-image" thing for the side-by-side comparison and try an (supposedly) AI-blocking overly thing I saw. Unfortunately... even at a mere 10% opacity it's still a bit noticeable, isn't it? I wasn't sure if 5% opacity would be enough for the AI-deterrent to still work, so I don't know, maybe I'll just go back to what I was doing before? What do people think? Do we know if these anti-AI overlays even really work?

Anyway, this is another redraw from MANY years ago (that I won't be linking back to) I wanted to take another crack at in honor of the awesome Bell-mère cosplayer my friend and I encountered last weekend that offered us both a "tangerine" (actually, a "Cutie" clementine specifically, but close enough!)

As for the sketch, the very top of Bell-mère's head, her bangs and "mohawk" had to be traced in due to the cropping in the original, but other than that no major changes or fixes were needed. You'll also notice I ran out of time before I could clean the plaid pattern on Bell-mère's shirt, but again, I plan on downloading a plain brush for that sort of thing.

One Piece and all of it's characters, including Bell-mère and Nojiko are (c) Eiichiro Oda, Viz Media, FUNimation/Crunchyroll, Toei Animation, Shonen Jump and any/all other respective owners. I o not own the series/character(s) in any way, I am just a fan.
