Sketch:
So, a lot of people made a big deal out of Dawn's outfit from the Legends Arceus specials, and while I agree it was great, I decided that Goh needed some love as well because he (and Ash) looked really cute, too. I've also been meaning to draw Goh with Grookey ever since he got it, so, two birds with one stone.
As for the sketch, the shoes were traced in because I wasn't happy with my attempt, but beyond that this one didn't require any other major changes or fixes.
