*Please Excuse the Watermarks, but these are potentially going to be used for selling and in this day and age of AI butchery... you gotta do what you gotta do*
I'm getting ready for potentially trying to run an Artists Alley table with my friend as a Con this fall. I personally won't be selling full prints, but more trinkety things (buttons/badges, keychains, lanyards, etc.) but I'm having trouble deciding on a design so I would really, really, really appreciate feedback on which set of designs people would prefer and which kind of item.</b>
These ones... I might actually hold off on a bit just because, as much as I love it, the franchise seems to have already fallen into obscurity over here. (personally, I feel like they pushed it too hard too fast on the marketing side and that's why it burned out so quickly....) Maybe once we're a little more established and when/if our stuff actually proves it can sell I can have a small selection of miscellaneous designs (since I did have a couple other possible ideas) and start with the Charming tribe design since it would be the most identifiable. Then, if/when that gets a response I could add in the others.
As for the design... I'm honestly leaning more towards the "A" style that mimics the Yokai Medals themselves after seeing how it looks finished, but since the design with text was my initial idea I had to see how it looked finished for a point of comparison and see what people think. (I'm also thinking that if I do end up going with the "B" style they'd be buttons/badges rather than pins.)
Yokai Watch and all of its creatures/characters belong to Noriyuki Konishi, ViZ, Level-5 (Nintendo?) and any/all other respective owners. I do not own the character in any way, shape or form, I am just a fan!
